Bowling FUNdraiser Registration

22nd Annual Friends of A Life Worth Living Bowling Sunday February 14th, 2021 1 PM

 

Registration: $20/bowler (Includes: shoe rental, games, bowler’s gift and lots of prizes!)

 

PRE-REGISTER YOUR TEAM ONLINE – a bowler must pre-register a week before the event to be eligible for the Pledge Challenge Awards.

 

For a choice of lanes, bowlers are encouraged to pre-register by January 25, 2021.

 

Bowlers can also register at the Rose Bowl on the day of the event from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM.

 

FREE REGISTRATION for each bowler who raises $125 or more in pledges!

 

Pledges & Fees can be handed in on the day of the event.  Please make cheques payable to A Life Worth Living.
